The brief


Reinvent and relaunch the brand, making it appealing to broad demographics (without ostracising the current clientele). We were also tasked with raising the profile of the brand in Northam and attracting tourists to book direct.   


The Campaign

Starting at the start! We redesigned the logo and modernised the brand, drawing on the history of the original hotel and reflecting the Wheatbelt. We then focused our attention on raising the brand awareness through print promotion and social media marketing. 

The approach


Branding: Logo design and brand guidelines. Designing everything the client needed to launch their new logo and brand –  Business cards, email signatures, letterheads, signage, t-shirts and caps.  

Print: Events Posters & Local Newspaper Ads: Redesigning posters promoting particular specials and events. 

New Menu: Designing a seasonal menu with traditional favourites and new specials 

Facebook Content Management: Creating and sourcing content for the page, which served a dual purpose – appealing to both locals and to visitors to the region. 

Facebook Responses: Assisting with customer service and responding to reviews and comments. 

Facebook Advertising: Integrating the promotion of events and specials online, increasing the number of touch-points and ensuring wider reach. 

The Outcome

Our client was delighted with the new brand identity and implementation. The Results have been excellent so far with increased turnover and very positive customer feedback
